<ol> <li><strong><em>Why are the sphere and competency dropdown boxes different from a previously submitted Learning Plan?</em></strong> <ul> <li>As of September 28, 2021, CDR phased out the Goal Wizard and phased in the <a href="https://admin.cdrnet.org/vault/2459/web/CPB%20Video_Take%202_April%2015%202021.mp4" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline">Competency Plan Builder</a>. CDR credentialed practitioners now utilize the Builder when creating a new or when modifying an existing Learning Plan. It is <u>not required</u> that credentialed practitioners update the Learning Plan with the new Builder during a 5-year cycle. The Activity Log has been updated to include the new <a href="https://admin.cdrnet.org/vault/2459/web/New_CDR_Competencies_2021.pdf" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline">2020 &ndash; 2025 Essential Practice Competencies</a>. Practitioners now have access to <u>all</u> spheres and competencies when logging activities.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong><em>Are the numbers from the 2015 - 2020 Essential Practice Competencies the same as the new 2020 &ndash; 2025 Essential Practice Competencies (for example, if performance indicator 8.3.6 is selected, should competency 8.3 also be selected)?</em></strong> <ul> <li><strong>No</strong>, the performance indicators and competencies are different.
